============================================================ Having spent Christmas 2008 in Puerto
Vallarta my wife and I returned for a second visit the first 2 weeks of
July 2009, this time we booked the condo at the Bay View Grand. Henry
and Lisa were very easy to deal with and everything they said was in
the condo was there. The environment was great and the staff took care
of our needs.

We staying in B406 for the month of
Feb. The condo was terrific, quite well equipped. We enjoyed the bbq,
although it did take us a while to get it going, as we aren't used to
charcoal :-) Oh well, time doesn't matter when you are so relaxed. The
towels, and sheets were soft and amazing. (I have to invest in new
towels at home now). Fernando, the property manager was so
nice,accomodating and helpful. Henry and Lisa were also extremely
helpful and very easy to deal with. The kitchen is quite well equipped,
but does need a drain stopper for the sink. We found the computer very
useful, and also liked having a local phone line. We never used the ac
as there was a lovely breeze in the condo. We enjoyed the beautiful
view from the balcony as well as the pools and beach.
The only
small problem was the very noisy, crying children from next door, but
Henry and Fernando did their very best to deal with this issue and we
thank them again.
We are looking forward to going back to BVG (B406) next February. |

We spent a wonderful month at your condo in the PV Marina.
Everything was exactly as you described... the bed is very comfortable,
and you have thought about everything one would need in a rental space in PV.
As you predicted, we did not need air conditioning...
the fans and opening the front and patio doors were all it took to maintain
comfortable temp. Our elec bill was only $30 USD in the end.
Fernando was at our beck and call... a very pleasant and efficient property manager.
we can't say enough good about him.
Loved the pool - especially the two warm ones and there were always lounge chairs
available.
Transportation to and from town was easy by bus.
We particularly appreciated the computer access to keep in touch with
family back home.
A couple of suggestions: bed lifts so the under bed storage would fit and leave room
in the closet for suitcases;
a warning to renters about the hot water temp... it's potentially scalding.
We heartily recommend your condo to anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing vacation in PV.

We spent a wonderful holiday week in Puerto Vallarta,which turned out to be a great
family experience.
The kids not only had a good time in outdoor adventure activities - such as the
canopy jet-line and the Bora Bora lake cruise - but we also had plenty of enjoyable
family time by the pool side and beach.
We are thankful to our guests and our property manager Fernando for taking care our
unit nicely as well as for offering good feedback for improvements.
We made several upgrades to the unit during this trip:
*** We purchased a new bedroom set, which includes a queen size bed with a new
matress,solid wood bed frame and paded headboard. It is quite comfortable for
watching TV or web surfing on the bed. The bedroom has also been newly equipped
with 2 night stands and a clothes bureau and mirror. These upgrades provide much
more storage spaces in the bedroom, as have been requested by some of our previous
guests.
*** We also ask Fernado to purchase a 21" flat screen TV with cable for the bedroom.
Watching CNN in bed is possible now! :-)
*** In the bathroom, a new shower head has been installed. It is a mounted, movable
unit and has different water pressure settings for comfort.
*** We have also installed a wall mounted hair dryer.
*** As far as linens go, we brought 4 sets of new, hotel quality towels from Polo
Ralph Lauren and new 400 counts bed sheets
from the US to replace the ones we used during 2008. And since we all know that
sunbathing on the beach is one of the best pasttimes in PV ...
*** we have included 2 additional Polo Ralph Lauren beach towels for your enjoyment.
*** Finally, is there anything better than winding down the day with friends and
family in the living room? For more comfort, we have purchased a new comfortable
chair to relax in.

Summer is here! Our unit has been not only nicely maintained but also greatly upgraded again. I would like to
take this opportunity to thank our property manager Mr. Fernando. We have been also receiving many
appreciation comments about his customer service as well.
We installed a iron cast frame door in front of the entry door. This allows us to leave the front door open safely
and let the breeze flow through whole unit. It should help us to reduce the AC cost in a big way.
We just installed granite countertop with stainless steel dishwasher. Hoorays!
No more dish wash by hand. =) We all deserve an easier life and enjoy the nature while we are in PV.
In addition, the kitchen sink and faucet are replaced as well. It’s a NEW kitchen!!!
The railing of our balcony has been sanded and repainted. No rusted feeling anymore.

| Thanks for sharing your pretty condo. This was our first visit to PV and we truly enjoyed our visit. Every thing was just as it looked on the website. The best thing was the wonderful views from your terrace. We really enjoyed being able to prepare our meals and have dinner by candlelight while looking over the ocean as the sun went down and the twinkling lights of PV came on. (The kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils.) It is easy to get to the center of PV by bus or taxi, but far enough away that it felt quiet and peaceful (at least at the end of May.) We appreciated all the nice little touches, like the big, beautiful beach towels and nice big shower. We hope to return again. |

Trip of 5/1~5/7/2008
We just wrapped up our quick one week trip in PVR. Here is a quick summary:Our
last visit was early Feburary and we prepared a hotter weather this time. But,
instead the weather is still wonderful here. It is a little hot during noon time, but it
is so comfortable in the morning and evening. Unlike previous visit, this trip we
spend more time in the unit. We moved 2 plants from balcony to front entrance area
-before entering unit- to creat anther our spot which can see sunset everyday. In
addition, we are extremely happy to have a late dinner or tea time in our own
balcony with great night city view and firework. As one of guest sugestted, we
installed screen for doors and windows to make our unit full of breeze all the time
without worry about mosquitos. With the sea breeze, we did not use A/C at all.

with some new art works are our achievements this time. Hope you will enjoy it.
Other maintenance related updates:All bathroom towels replaced.Bed linens and
quilts -spring like as well :) -updated as well.
